Established in 2018 by Nathan & Cindy Taylor
Nathan had spent over 20 years in customer facing senior area management roles and as our sole Director he remains customer facing and actively involved in each and every booking.
Cindy covered the majority of England and parts of Europe in a management training and development role, developing the business leaders of the future for some of the UK and Europe's largest retailers...
...So you could say that their leadership ensures we are all passionate about customer service, however that would be an understatement!
Prior to founding Simply
Moved both Nathan & Cindy were working long hour's and spending day's sometimes week's at a time away from both each other and their home.
So they decided together that in order to obtain a work life balance, that would enable them to start a family and to ensure their mental health survived in an ever changing world, things would have to change.
Nathan and Cindy had their dreams come true when they welcomed their son Harvey in to the world.
It then became abundantly obvious that they needed to spend more time as a family.
So one week later Nathan handed in his notice at a luxury brand and began working in removals... sounds strange huh...
However Nathan quickly realised the potential to provide a service that was sorely lacking within the industry and it didn't take long before he fell in love with his new idea and his new role.
"The moving industry requires a company that puts the customer first, and that treats each booking individually, like a person not like a number"
It was this vision that put the wheels in motion Nathan knew that they ticked all the boxes from their previous experience;
- The customer should always come first
- Luxury brands always go above and beyond
- Quality service should be available to everyone
So together they set about creating a company that were all about making sure the service provided was so good that people would tell others all about their experience.
Whilst working in the industry it was obvious to Nathan that other companies were overly complicating things and that together he and Cindy could create a better customer experience. This inspired Nathan when he created our company name.
"Research states that moving house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, right up there with bereavement and divorce!

Our mission statement "Moving home made Simple" reflects our desire to ensure everything that is within our control makes your moving day as stress free as possible.
So after a great deal of research and a dip into their savings they purchased the professional equipment required.
They had so many boxes delivered: Bundles and bundles of moving blankets, tools, furniture covers, stair protectors, uniforms etc. that their home looked like a sorting office.
However it was important to them to demonstrate our professionalism rather than have all the gear and no idea.
We believe our customer reviews prove without a doubt that they achieved this and that we all know our stuff!
We are very lucky to have developed a fantastic working relationship with local businesses due to our work ethic and professionalism and this is exactly how we started out, helping a local business who we still work alongside to this day with a house removal in Ipswich. From that moment on we have developed and gone from strength to strength, having been lucky enough to provide moves from our local area to destinations all over the UK including Scotland, Wales and The West country.
We have moved famous footballers and authors, provided removals to and from listed buildings, schools and private education sites and now have contracts working with both local and district councils all over East Anglia.
Family is the reason Nathan and Cindy started on this journey and it is the reason we all work so hard to make sure it is a success, however it is you and your family that makes us who we are.
